We are looking for a software engineer to work in close collaboration with our tech lead. With your dev team colleagues and product design team you will build a B2B SaaS product defining an entire new product category within the space for sales software: giving complex B2B buying processes the look & feel of simplicity.
We use TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
Interview process: initial video call, “take-home” exercise, follow up tech discussion, in-person meeting interview, and offer.

Dock Technologies is an early-stage healthcare technology company that seeks a contractor to help update its web application. The web application is used to track time-sensitive processes in patient care situations, like stroke treatment, and your work will directly help clinicians and patients.
Requirements:
– At least two years commercial experience with MEAN stack (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node.js)
– Experience configuring and deploying applications to AWS and Heroku, following security best practices (such as outlined in HIPAA standards), in a business environment
The initial contract is two phases, with a third to be determined
1. Update the web app codebase to use more recent libraries, fix some minor database connection issues, and redeploy to existing Heroku environments
2. Migrate application to AWS and configure per HIPAA standards
3. Add data analysis and visualization features in the clientside UI (to be scoped after phases 1+2)
Contract period: 6 weeks
