About You:
You enjoy designing, building and optimizing backend systems. You understand the tradeoffs between different technologies and strive to reach for the right tool for each job. You understand the balance between short term and long term solutions and always strive to build a better system while balancing the immediate needs of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
* Model, design, and build backend systems from data structures to apis that match business requirements
* Work with various teams to understand and refine business requirements into software requirements
* Support the product through all phases of development from discovery to deployment
* Manage mid to large scale projects with minimal guidance
* Mentor more junior members of team
Requirements:
* 6+ years software development experience with an emphasis on designing and building backend systems and apis
* Experience designing and building systems at scale
* Relational database experience and understanding of SQL

We are looking for a sales leader to join our team. Our sales team uses a cross-divisional sales approach, including engaging hospital and hospital systems at the C-Level. This position requires an individual who is willing to follow the trends of healthcare staffing, research change and act as an advisor to potential clients. You must have prior experience selling software and/or services to hospitals at the executive level. We are here to support our clients with our product and knowledge, so we expect you to bring some industry knowledge.
Job Description:
● Work as a team with marketing and the Inside Sales Representatives to prospect existing and new markets, create, prioritize, and enrich lists of potential clients.
● Use your own network to further your sales process. We have leads and contacts, but fully expect you to come onboard with previous local industry connections that will help your sales process.
● Attend conferences and networking events.
● Qualify leads by understanding the prospect’s needs.
● Discover client’s needs and wants. Describe how CareRev fits into these needs and wants.
● Find and meet with decision-makers along with champions.
● Drive sales process from first meeting to close, including cross-divisional and operational level.
● Work with Account Manager to onboard facilities that you close.
● Use our CRM/Hubspot to help manage relationships and provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
● Check-in calls with previous customers to keep relationships strong.
Requirements:
● This is not an entry-level position, we expect you to have 5-10 years of experience selling software/technology to hospitals.
● We would prefer it if you have worked and scaled with a healthcare startup before.
● Consultative Sales experience, research-based and value selling.
● You enjoy calling on customers. Hunting leads, making calls, sending emails doesn’t bother you.
● You have a positive attitude, and you’re not discouraged easily.
● You’re metrics oriented and focus on achieving clear goals each day.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Director or Manager of Operations to build our operations, customer success and customer support organization as we scale the company. Reporting to the COO, this position will be responsible for maximizing satisfaction, retention, lifetime value, and general love of CareRev for the nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities on our platform. We are growing 15%+ monthly and launching new cities, so things are moving fast!
Job Description:
* Work in partnership with the COO to set the overall vision for our Operations team.
* Understand our customers and their goals so that we can consistently exceed their expectations. Champion customer needs internally and within product roadmap.
* Build, manage and coach internal and external support teams.
* Implement new processes and systems to optimize and automate how we interact with and serve our customers. Work with engineering to build supporting features into our products.
* Collaborate with marketing on communications.

Requirements:
* 4+ years overall Customer Success/Support experience working with business and consumer customers. * Adept at translating complex business and organization problems into simple solutions utilizing people, processes, and systems.

* Fluency in common tech startup technology and customer support tools.
* Bachelor’s degree required. MBA desired.
