With most events going online, you need to find strategies to find and attract online event sponsors. Hosting an event, even online, is expensive. And ticket sales alone probably won’t cover all your costs. This is where event sponsors come in. What is Event Sponsorship? Event sponsorship is an agreement between an external brand (event …
If you’re using Discord, chances are you’ve heard of Discord bots. These AI-powered bots allow you to perform a wide range of actions, from welcoming new members to paraphrasing influencer content.
Discord has grown dramatically since it hit the stage in 2015, and while it was primarily dedicated to gamers, digital marketers are finding ways to make it work for them.
If you’re looking for a unique and entertaining way to engage with your community, Discord bots might be the way to go.
What Are Discord Bots?
Discord bots are one of the most useful features of the communication platform. They are AIs that marketers and business owners can use to perform a wide range of automated tasks on the server.
Building a community is never easy, but doing it on Discord is a great way to provide people with a feeling of exclusivity. If you already have an audience, this strategy will benefit you.
You’ll be able to offer tips, record videos, host lives, and teach people everything you know in a safe and closed community environment. When people feel like they’re receiving something they can’t get anywhere else, it makes them more inclined to share it with others and, in-turn, pay more for the information.
Discord bots make it easier to create an engaged community. You can use them to welcome new members to the server, moderate communications between members, and ban people who refuse to obey the rules.
You can use them to add memes, games, music, and other pieces of entertaining content to the server to make it more enjoyable for your members.
Knowing what Discord bots to add is the key. Some bots can enhance your server and provide a better community, making users want to stick around and engage with you. The wrong ones could turn people away or create a poor environment.
10 Useful Discord Bots to Try
The key to success with marketing on Discord is using the best bots to create a highly engaged and entertained community. In this section, we’re taking a look at the ten most useful Discord bots.
1. MEE6
MEE6 is the most comprehensive Discord bot out there. You can create custom commands to automatically provide users with roles and send messages in the main channel or through DMs based on specific actions.
Setting up welcome messages and automating roles is easy as well. With a few simple commands, you can welcome new members onto the server, assign them a role, and explain the rules of the server without having to do anything manually.
The best feature of this bot is the amount of customization you can apply to your Discord bot commands. You can automatically kick someone if they promote ads, unwanted links, or spam. This can help create a tight-knit community where everyone can enjoy themselves.
2. ProBot
ProBot is a Discord bot that allows you to automatically set welcome messages, so every time someone joins the server, they’re greeted with a customized message to showcase your personality.
With the automod system, you can instantly detect bad behavior and warn the person not to do it again or kick them out automatically if necessary. For example, if someone posts something obscene, you wouldn’t likely want to give the person a second chance. ProBot can kick them out and keep your group on topic.
The bot allows you to set unique commands with different tiers to determine which actions merit an immediate kick and result in a stern message.
One important factor to consider in the best bots is their uptime. ProBot has 99.99% uptime, so you (almost) never have to worry about the bot going down and your server running amuck.
3. Dank Memer
If your first thought is, “Why would memes be important for marketing?”, then you may be surprised to find out they’re a very powerful marketing tool and something you can use to create a better community.
Memes are a great way to increase engagement because people love humor and the point of Discord is to create a light-hearted community that’s rich with entertainment and fun. Memes are a simple but effective way to do just that.
Dank Memer is a great Discord bot because of the sheer number of commands you can use. They have commands from simple pictures of animals to actual games to play blackjack against the AI using coins bought with real currency.
If your goal is to create a community where people like to come to relax, unwind, and enjoy themselves, Dank Memer is a fantastic Discord bot choice.
4. Voicy
Communication is important to a community and finding new and funny ways to communicate with your members will set your server apart from the competition. Keep in mind that there are a ton of other people competing to get the same users into their channel as you. You must find unique ways to draw attention to yourself.
Voicy allows you to search through a library of more than 50,000 funny sound clips from their network. They’re constantly updating the platform with new sound effects and you and your members can use the commands to create a more enjoyable experience and entertaining environment where people want to stick around.
5. Community Hubs Beta
The Community Hubs Discord bot’s goal is to enhance the way we communicate with each other across the many servers and different platforms. It connects a Discord channel with a Hub room where there are other channels so you can share information between two spaces.
This could be a powerful way to bring two communities together if you have different audiences across multiple genres. For example, let’s say you have a server that focuses primarily on SEO and another for Influencer Marketing.
If you want to do a live stream to both audiences because the subject matter is relevant to both, you can bring the two together using Hubs to watch the live stream together and benefit from the information. The Hubs bot also allows the two channels to communicate with each other.
Not only does this have immediate, upfront benefits, but there are benefits on the back-end as well. For example, someone may decide to join both communities.
6. Musibeth
Musibeth allows you to play YouTube content directly on Discord. This has a few advantages. First, you could share videos with members to provide context or additional information on something you want them to know.
You could also set up automatic commands that provide videos for frequently asked questions so you can spend more time building the community and less time answering the same question repeatedly.
If you have your own YouTube channel, you could use the Musibeth Discord bot to spread your channel around and get more views while also informing members on whatever they want to know. However, be careful not to spam your channel with YouTube videos users aren’t interested in.
The most obvious use for the bot is to play music, so you can do that as well. Playing music on the server is a great way to relate to people and create a comfortable environment.
7. Quillbot
Quillbot is a unique Discord bot that allows you to paraphrase something someone said. Using the commands will automatically take written text and rewrite it for you. I see a few useful purposes for this, but the biggest one involves content marketing and writing.
Let’s say you’re interviewing someone with expertise on a certain subject matter. They provide you with an answer using text from an article they wrote or a feature they had somewhere. You can’t take those words and use them directly. Quillbot will paraphrase what they said so you can use it in your article.
There are also more relaxed purposes for the bot that you can play around with if you’re just using it for fun. For example, you could use the word flip modifier, and it will change the sentence using as many synonyms as possible.
8. Spixx
Spixx is a bot that allows you to use commands for memes, music, and games. It’s all in the name of creating an enjoyable environment and a niche community where people feel like they are welcome.
By using Discord bot games, you’re indirectly marketing to your audience without realizing it. The second you create a community and engage with them, that’s marketing. It’s the simplest form of marketing, and it’s effortless when everyone is having a good time.
Spixx helps you do that. It’s important to make sure that you monitor how people are using it though, because some of the memes and commands are a little obscure.
9. GiveawayBot
What better way to show your community that you love them than with giveaways? GiveawayBot helps host a giveaway using simple commands that allow you to start, pick a winner, and end a giveaway without requiring any manual work.
Why is this important for digital marketing? Again, we’re always trying to find new and exciting ways to engage with our followers, and giving away stuff is a great way to get attention.
If you’re hosting fun, entertaining contests, you’re going to organically grow your following because people are going to share the Discord server.
10. Other Various Discord Bots
While this isn’t one specific bot, you can search for additional bots that can fit your marketing needs at top.gg. But use caution while searching.
This is a list of bots made by almost anyone, so make sure to review it carefully before using it for your marketing.
How to Add a Bot
Once you’ve figured out what Discord bots you want to add to your channel, you’ll want to find them using an online bot list (like the one mentioned in #10) or with a simple Google search.
From there, you’ll look for the invite or add button and choose which server you want to add the bot to. Remember that you can only do this for the servers where you have admin or moderator access.
Once the bot is done uploading on the server, you should be able to use it immediately with a series of commands. When you want to remove a bot, you can right-click on it on the server member list and click kick or ban.
Conclusion
Using Discord bots is a unique but powerful digital marketing strategy that we could all benefit from. As marketers, we must stay on the cutting edge of new trends and focus on up-and-coming platforms.
Discord is growing rapidly in the gaming and technology community, so if you’re in those niches, you’ll likely reap many rewards from using Discord bots. If you need help locating, installing, or implementing these strategies, we have plenty of resources to lend a hand.
Do you use Discord for digital marketing? If so, do you feel like it has a positive impact on your business?
These days you can find anything online. In fact, you can even find an online business loan. Some business owners shy away from this option because of the fear of predatory lending. It is possible to find online lenders that will work for your business though.
Is an Online Business Loan for You?
So, is an online business loan right for you and your business? Here are five ways to know.
You do not qualify for a loan from a traditional lender, like a bank or a credit union.
Online lenders tend to have less strict application requirements, including lower credit score minimums.
2. There is no time to wait.
You need funds quickly. Online lenders typically fund much faster than traditional lenders.
3. You flexible terms.
Online business loans often have more flexibility repayment options.
4. You have invoices or accept credit card payments.
Online lenders often offer invoice financing and merchant cash advance options.
5. It’s impossible for you to wade through the paperwork necessary for a traditional loan.
Online lenders usually have super fast application processes. Most of the time you can apply online for a business loan in just a few minutes.

Where Can I get a Business Loan Online?
There is no shortage of options for online lenders out there. However, you must be careful to choose the best one for you. It is extremely helpful to have a business credit expert help you. Still, here are a few to help get you started on your search.
Remember, details for an individual online business loan or lender, such as interest rates, fees, and credit score requirements, can change frequently. Always check with the lender directly for the most up to date information.
BlueVine
BlueVine offers funding up to $100,000. Annual revenue must be $120,000 or more and the borrower must be in business for at least 6 months. Your personal credit score has to be 600 or above. It is important to note also that BlueVine does not offer funding in all states.
Upstart
Upstart is an online lender that uses a completely innovative platform for loans. The company chooses to use a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to gather alternative data instead of relying solely on credit score. They then use this alternative data to help make credit decisions.
It can include such mobile phone bills, rent, deposits, withdrawals, and even other information less directly tied to finances. The software learns and improves on its own. You can use their online quote tool to play with different amounts and terms to see the various interest rate possibilities.
To be eligible for a loan with Upstart, you must meet the following qualifications per their website:
Credit score of 620+
No bankruptcies or negative public records
No delinquent accounts
Meet debt to income standards (they only note they will check this ratio, not what their standards are.)
Have fewer than 6 inquiries in the past 6 months on your credit report, not including those related to student loans, vehicle loans, or mortgages

Fundbox
Fundbox is a great option because there is no minimum credit score requirement for their line of credit product.
They offer an automated process that is super-fast. Repayments are automatic, meaning they draft them electronically, and they occur on a weekly basis. One thing to remember is that you could have a repayment as high as 5 to 7% of the amount you have drawn currently, as the repayment period is comparatively short. This means you need to be sure you have enough funds in whatever account you connect them to so that it can cover your payment each week.
Fora Financial
Founded in 2008 by college roommates, Fora Financial now funds over a million in working capital around the United States. There is no minimum credit score, and there is an early repayment discount if you qualify.
The business must be at least 6 months in operation and the monthly revenue has to be $12,000 or more. There can be no open bankruptcies.
Bond Street
Offering term loans of up to $1 million, Bond Street will ask for both EIN and SSN.
Their offer arrives within 3 days. They will only do a soft credit pull, and a 640 or better credit score is likely to get you a loan. However, they will look at other factors too. For example, they require 2 years in business and annual revenue of at least $200,000.
Lending Club
Lending Club offers term loans. Business loans go up to $300,000. You can get a quote in less than 5 minutes. Funds are available in as little as 48 hours if approved. There are no prepayment penalties.
Annual Revenue must be $75,000 or more. You must be in business for 2 years or more. Personal FICO score of 620 or better is required.
Rapid Advance
Rapid Advance offers standard, select, and preferred loans. Your company must have annual revenue of $120,000 or more. You must have a personal FICO Score of 580 or better. The minimum time in business is 2 years.
Kiva
Kiva is an online lender that is a little different. For example, the interest rate is 0%, so even though you have to pay it back it is absolutely free money. They don’t even check your credit. However, there is one catch. You have to get at least 5 family members or friends to throw some money in the pot as well. In addition, you have to pitch in a $25 loan to another business on the platform.
OnDeck
Obtaining financing from OnDeck is quick and easy. First, you apply online and receive your decision once application processing is complete. If you receive approval, your loan funds will go directly to your bank account.
You need a personal credit score of 600 or more. Also, you must be in business for at least one year. Annual revenue must be at or exceed $100,000. In addition, there can be no bankruptcy on file in the past 2 years and no unresolved liens or judgements.
Find out why so many companies use our proven methods to get business loans.
Accion
If your personal credit is okay, Accion may be a good fit. It is a microlender, a nonprofit, that offers installment loans to both startups and already existing businesses. The minimum credit score is 575. In some places they will go as low as 500. You don’t have to already be in business, but if you are not, you must have less than $500 in past due debt. In addition, your business needs to be home or incubator based.
Credibly
Credibly is also a good option for business loans if you are already generating some revenue. They offer short term loans for both working capital and expansion. You must be in business for at least 6 months to qualify, and they will approve loans to those with credit scores as low as 500.
Do You Need an Online Business Loan?
You might. If you fall under any or all of these 5 reasons, an online loan may very well work for you. Business funding is a difficult landscape, and there are many more options than most realize. Consider these options, do your research, and don’t be afraid to ask a business credit expert for help. It could very well propel your business to new heights.

Google is constantly innovating and testing new features, and augmented reality (AR) is a hot topic right now.
You might think of AR as a way to make digital images appear in your living room. But Google’s visual search technology for Android, Google Lens, does a lot more than that.
It enables you to bring your physical environment into the digital world.
What Is Google Lens?
Google Lens is an image recognition technology that allows users to interact with real-world objects using their phone’s camera.
Using AI, Google’s technology interprets the objects on your phone camera and provides additional information. It can scan and translate text, see furniture in your house, and help you explore local landmarks.
Google Lens is integrated directly into the camera on some phone models. If it doesn’t come pre-loaded on your device, there’s also an app you can download from the Google Play store to try it out.
Uses of Google Lens
Have you ever been traveling and wished you could read that train ticket in a foreign language? With Google Lens, just hover your phone camera over it, and it will translate the text for you.
You can also use Google Lens to learn about your environment in other ways. If you point your camera at a nearby landmark, you’ll see historical facts and information about opening hours. If you use it on an animal or plant, it can identify the type of flower or the breed of dog.
When eating out at a restaurant, you see which items on the menu are most popular (this information is pulled from Google Maps). Students can even use it to help them with their homework: if they hover over an equation, they’ll get a step-by-step guide to solve the problem.
But one of Google Lens’ most exciting applications for marketers, and the one I’m going to talk about today, has to do with online shopping.
Say a user is browsing on their phone and sees a sweater they like.
Rather than typing a long query into Google (“brown sweater, zig-zag pattern…”), the user can tap and hold the image, and Google Lens will find the same item (or a similar one), so they can buy it.
The app also provides style tips and ideas about what items to pair with the sweater. The recommendations are based on AI’s understanding of how people in fashion photos typically wear similar clothing.
Before the shopping feature came out, users could already search for clothing by taking a screenshot and opening it in Google Photos, or by pointing their camera at a physical item in a store. Long clicking on an online image for an instant search just makes the whole process easier.
In the future, Google plans to make AR showrooms available, so shoppers may soon be able to try on clothes at home virtually.
How Can E-commerce Businesses Optimize for Google Lens?
Once SEOs experiments with the long click search, we’ll gain some more insights into what works and what doesn’t with that specific feature.
But we know a fair bit since Google Lens and image search have been around for a few years.
Here’s what you do if you want to optimize for Google Lens:
Get Your Products to Appear on Google Lens
Before we get into specifics about image optimization, you’ll want to make sure your product listings show up on Google. So how do you do that? With product listings.
If you take advantage of Google’s free product listings, your products will show up in Google Search, Google Images, Google Shopping, and Google Lens searches. However, they need to follow Google’s policies, and you’ll need to do one of the following two things:
Open a Google Merchant Center account and create a feed to upload your product data
Integrate structured data markup onto your website
Google Merchant Center
Google Merchant Center lets Google know more about your products, so they can list them in search.
Click “Sign in to Merchant Center” in the dropdown menu.
Then, enter your business’ name and information.
Scroll down, and fill in more information about your checkout process, tools you use, and whether you’d like to receive emails.
When you’re finished, agree to the Terms of Service and click “Create Account.”
Once you’ve created your account, don’t forget to add your products.
You can do this by creating a product feed. On the home screen of your new account, click “Add product data”:
You can then choose to add individual or multiple products.
Structured Data Markup
If you don’t want to use Google Merchant Center, you can still get your products to show up on Google Lens and elsewhere. However, you’ll need to add some structured data markup to your website. (In fact, I recommend doing this even if you do use Google Merchant Center.)
Structured data markup is code snippets added to your HTML that help Google better understand information on your website. Schema.org annotations are the most commonly used markups for SEO.
For example, Schema can tell Google that a specific page is a recipe, an article, about a local business, or an event.
To implement Schema.org markup, you’ll need access to edit the HTML on your site.
Google provides a helpful support guide on setting up structured data so that your site is compatible with their Merchant Center.
Follow Google Image Optimization Best Practices With Google Lens
Google Lens technology is similar to Google’s reverse image search, but with a more sophisticated use of AI. A lot of the same principles that apply to regular image optimization for SEO also apply when you’re optimizing for Google Lens.
Image Size
Large images that load slowly (or not at all) can hurt your SEO (as well as making your website less user-friendly).
Since e-commerce websites tend to have many images (as they should!), loading times are particularly important.
Make sure to use keywords and descriptive language wherever you can, for example in image titles, ALT text, filenames, and EXIF data.
Add image titles and ALT text via the HTML of your website, or using your content management system (like WordPress or Squarespace).
EXIF data can be edited locally on your computer. This data adds more in-depth information to your photo, such as the time and date it was taken and what camera was used.
Although machine learning tools like Google Lens rely more on image recognition than text when executing a search, adding clear and relevant information to your image can improve SEO and user experience.
Use High Photo Quality and Visuals For Google Lens
Another way to optimize for Google Lens is by providing crystal clear product images.
If someone long clicks on a brown sweater in a photo, and that sweater is a product you sell in your e-commerce store, you want your product to come up as part of their search. To do that, Google needs to understand the brown sweater you’re selling is the item the searcher is looking for.
Look through your website and replace any images that are blurry, cropped oddly, or don’t fully show items.
Ideally, you’ll want to use high-resolution images taken on a professional camera while balancing quality with file load time. Opt for a high-quality file format like .PNG or .JPG.
Google Lens vs. Pinterest Lens
Google Lens isn’t the only game in town. Pinterest offers a similar feature, called Pinterest Lens.
Just like Google Lens, Pinterest Lens allows users to shop for products from third-party retailers. Users can take a photo, upload one, or hover over a physical item with their camera to use the feature.
So what’s the difference between Google Lens and Pinterest Lens?
On Pinterest, there’s a lot of action going on inside the Pinterest app. Unlike the all-pervasive Google, Pinterest is a specific ecosystem with its own Verified Merchant Program and internal search engine.
If you want to optimize your brand for Pinterest Lens, make sure you have a Pinterest business account, get your products onto Pinterest using Catalogs, and join the Verified Merchant Program.
Otherwise, many of the same rules apply as with Google Lens. To get found in Pinterest Lens, optimize your images by adding keywords in the filename, title, and ALT text, and ensure photos load fast and are high quality.
What Does Google Lens Mean for Marketers?
Advances in Google Lens search aren’t just changing the nature of SEO. They also represent a significant shift in the way people look for products.
Nowadays, if you want to shop online, you might go to an online store and type in a specific search term. When you’ve found what you’re looking for, you’ll check out and go back to whatever you were doing before.
But with Google Lens, every minute you spend online becomes a potential shopping experience. While you’re busy looking through social media posts, reading blog articles, or messaging friends, you might spot an item you like and start casually browsing through products.
Tech journalists have viewed Google’s focus on improving the Shopping and Lens experiences as part of a broader strategy to compete with Amazon… and they’re probably right.
Google wants people to spend more time in Google search and less time browsing e-commerce websites.
If you’re a marketer working in e-commerce, this is big news. It means in the future, fewer people might be visiting your website directly by typing it into the address bar. Instead, they may arrive directly via channels like Google Lens or Pinterest Lens.
In the future, we may see brands investing more heavily in strategies like product placement as part of their marketing. If tons of pictures of a famous person using your product are floating around the web, people could then easily seek that product out directly with a Lens search.
Conclusion
Google is always innovating and creating new and different ways to search. Google Lens is the most recent example of the search giants’ constant growth.
For e-commerce retailers, this new technology should not be ignored as it could very well be the future of image search.
As marketers, we’re expected to pivot rapidly as technology changes, and Google Lens is no exception.
Have you heard about Google Lens or Pinterest Lens? What are your thoughts about this way of searching?

You’re already doing so much for your business. How do you successfully manage your online reputation, too?
You can do it and do it well. But if you’re already managing a lot, your best bet is outsourcing it to an ORM, or an online reputation manager.
Your online image can determine how long you stay in business and if your profits grow year after year. The problem with that is that you can’t always control what customers say about you online, or even when a damaging business mishap gets out in the open.
To help you put your best image out there, I’ve reviewed and done extensive research on online reputation managers, so you don’t have to. Finding the best ORM for you is easy once you know exactly what you need.
The Top 4 Options For Online Reputation Management
Big Leap – The best for SEO and content management
How to Choose The Best Online Reputation Management For You
Unfortunately, there isn’t a singular “best” reputation manager that fits every business like a glove. If there was, then this guide wouldn’t be necessary.
Different ORMs cater to different services. This can mean some are better than others at crisis management, online monitoring, online review management, SEO focused branded content strategy, or even supplying attorneys to advocate on your behalf.
First, are you building a new online reputation from scratch? Maybe you’re trying to improve a negative reputation? Or are you being proactive and investing in maintaining a good one?
You have to determine where you are on your reputation management journey. Then you can think about a few factors that can refine your search even more.
Business Size and Type
Your company size generally correlates with the size of your reputation. Obviously, the bigger and more varied your sales channels, the more work you’ll have managing how you look online.
Your business’s size can also dictate the amount you’ll want to invest in ORM services. Some questions to consider are: What is your estimated current business reach? What types of distribution channels do you sell through or publish content on? Are you a service-based business, an organization, or an e-commerce store?
When choosing the best ORM for you, these are some key questions to consider before moving forward. If your business isn’t a complex enterprise, you won’t need a costly ORM that specializes in litigation, video removal, or a team of expert attorneys.
Marketing Strategy
Your marketing strategy also determines the type of online reputation management you need.
Do you primarily sell via a content creation strategy? Do you sell on multiple e-commerce platforms? Is your business big enough that it sells through on-air advertising? Do you already have a strong social media presence that drives sales?
Outlining how you primarily reach your customers is another way to narrow down your search. If you don’t, it might affect how well your ORM can deliver results.
Long-Term Crisis Management
Think about the future of your business and its reputation. Sure, at some point you might need to put out a reputation fire that caught you by surprise ASAP. Or maybe you’re only getting started and want your name out there in the short-term in a positive light to drive more sales.
But do you have a long-term plan for managing reputation crises that will inevitably come up in the future?
This will determine which ORM can deliver on either your short-term or long-term goals. Each one is built differently to cater to your business goals, as we’ll see further in this guide.
The Different Types of Online Reputation Management
There are tons of online reputation managers out there that offer a lot of the same services. But most of them fall into three main types. Most reputation management companies will provide an initial analysis and general monitoring of your reputation’s current state.
After that, they start to get a little more specific in how they specialize.
Crisis Management
Crisis management usually takes more than a one-off approach to managing any brand’s reputation. You might need more than image takedowns, burying negative reviews with positive ones, or generating positive content.
How an ORM handles a crisis can mark the difference between a business that survives through it or one that suffers those losses and ultimately closes its doors.
ORMs that handle crisis management usually approach them from all angles, meaning deploying a long-term reputation management strategy and additional costs.
Online Review Management
Online reputation management specializing in managing negative reviews tends to be a great fit for service-based businesses and e-commerce stores.
Those terrible product reviews you read first on any product you find online? The right ORM can be effective in either removing them with their own set of tools and contacts or burying them with positive reviews over time.
Businesses with reviews on Yelp, Amazon, or their own storefronts can benefit significantly from hiring an ORM effective in negative review management.
Though, if you’re an enterprise-grade business that needs review removal as part of a broader strategy, you’ll want to go with a more varied ORM.
Content Management
ORMs can focus on content creation as a reputation management strategy, surrounding your business with tons of positive branding.
They don’t necessarily have attorneys at your beck and call ready to take down negative media propaganda. But their laser-focus on SEO strategies that put the best reviews and mentions of you out there can be worth it if it means you’ll make a great first impression.
This also improves your new and returning customer experience.
A majority of your customers are using Google to search for your products or services. Making sure search results show the best content about you online is the way to go if you’re a content-focused business.
#1 – Go Fish Digital — The Best ORM For Managing Reviews
I’ve listed Go Fish Digital as the best agency for managing reviews, and while that’s true, Go Fish Digital also wows with the option of full-service reputation management used by the likes of Geico, Ford, and Airbnb.
With Go Fish, you can gain thorough insight into your customers’ reviews and comments online.
They work closely with huge review sites like Yelp to manage negative reviews by advocating for review removal on your behalf through their agency tools. They also work to get your best Yelp reviews to the top for more visibility.
They’re exhaustive in their brand monitoring abilities and monitor all corners of the internet like Wikipedia and Reddit threads to create a plan of action in your favor.
Go Fish’s review management works by pushing positive content to higher visibility with SEO, adjusting copy in public places where you’re mentioned, cleaning up Google autocomplete, and even promoting positive information about your business wherever your target audience is.
As they create results, they keep you up to date with a relevant score you can see on their dashboard.
To be clear, Go Fish is a reputable ORM that does not post false reviews for you. Still, their Yelp review management service is one of their strong suits.
Some of their best review management features are:
Managing negative Google reviews
Negative auto-complete cleanup often generated from those reviews
A dashboard that keeps you updated on your brand’s daily search results
Crafting a strategy for your business to encourage the best reviews possible
Creating and delivering a strong case on your behalf for negative review removal to the Yelp team
For pricing, you’ll have to contact them directly to get a quote.
As with most ORMs, their prices change depending on the size of your business and the specific services you’re looking for.
Get in touch with Go Fish to get an initial quote.
#2 – Reputation Rhino — The Best For Individuals and Small businesses
If you’re wondering who exactly needs reputation management, Reputation Rhino’s answer is ‘everyone.’ That’s why it’s the best ORM for solopreneurs and small businesses.
