I’m Gabriel, founder of Meticulous.
Our mission is to radically accelerate the pace of software development for every company in the world. We’re starting with a tool to catch UI bugs in web applications with zero-effort from developers.
How it works: Insert a single line of JavaScript onto your site, and we record thousands of real user sessions. We then replay these sessions on head and base commits of PRs, take screenshots at key points, and diff those screenshots to catch visual regressions before they hit production. Catching visual regressions is just the start. There is an entire category of products to build on top of replay. This ranges from catching exceptions to revealing the performance impact of frontend code.

We are seeding a London office and hiring an onsite founding engineer to join our team of four. We sponsor visas.
You will have autonomy in building out this technology, but here are a few problems you might work on:
– Build a distributed system to concurrently replay thousands of sessions, such that a developer gets a result in seconds.
– Speed up the replay of sessions in a way that retains determinism.
– Derive algorithms to detect sessions that cover differing code paths and edge cases, and ignore sessions that are too similar.
– Help build out a team of world-class, highly collaborative, software engineers.
As founding engineer, you get to shape the company, and build the culture and technology from the ground up.

Florida squatter victim launching website to assist other landlords with illegal occupants
A Florida landlord is launching a website to assist other property owners with squatters after she spent thousands of dollars to remove illegal residents from her own property.
“My goal is to drive state and federal laws to treat squatters as criminals and to expedite the review of fraudulent leases,” Patti Peeples, 61, told Fox News.
Earlier this year, Peeples and her business partner Dawn Tiura ejected two female squatters from their home after they moved in illegally for over a month and left thousands in damages.

The website, PushOutSquatters.org will launch later this week and will intentionally go by the abbreviation “POS.”
“So many who responded to news articles used that abbreviation, so I went with the double entendres,” said Peeples, who is a retired entrepreneur with experience in marketing.
The website will be both informational and community-oriented, she said.
“The purpose of the website will be to present the risks associated with squatting, the rise in frequency and to offer resources for those attempting to get squatters out, including everything from security resources to legal resources on how to review state statutes,” Peeples said.
She added that other squatter victims will be able to share their stories on the website so others can learn from those experiences.
Peeples plans to also sell hats and t-shirts with the website’s logo featuring a stick figure kicking another stick figure out of a house.
“We will use the funds to lobby state legislators for better laws,” Peeples said.
Although Peeples successfully removed the two squatters from her Jacksonville, Florida, investment property, they illegally occupied it for 34 days and left behind $38,000 in damages. During the ordeal, Patti lost an interested buyer in the house, was physically pushed out of the house by the squatters and decided that she has had enough of working in real estate.

“This is my retirement, and so any sort of income that I was trusting to live off of for this year is diminished because of this act of stealing,” Peeples told Fox News. “That’s essentially what they’ve done – they’ve stolen my home from me.”
The squatters, who have a history of illegal occupancy, produced a fraudulent lease when police were called, allowing them to remain in the home until Peeples took them to court.
Peeples and Tiura were forced to pay $5,000 in legal fees to eject the squatters.

Peeples said that since her story became public, she’s seen a positive impact, including former President Trump mentioning squatters in Florida in a jab at Gov. Ron DeSantis.
“I’ve had hundreds of people send me messages on social media,” Peeples said, adding that the stories about her situation have been seen by millions of people.
“The publicity has also encouraged our local sheriff’s office to pay more attention to this and pursue criminal charges if they can find the squatters,” she added.

Prince William and Kate Middleton share new video to celebrate King Charles' coronation: 'What. A. Day'
Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated King Charles III’s coronation with a new clip they shared after the conclusion of the historic day.
The Princess and Princess of Wales posted a recap video that featured official footage of the festivities following the crowning of King Charles and Queen Camilla at London’s Westminster Abbey on Saturday.
“What. A. Day.,” the couple wrote on their official Twitter page.
“Thank you to everyone who made it happen,” they added.
KING CHARLES OFFICIALLY CROWNED BRITISH MONARCH
At the beginning of the video, Kate, 41, and William, 40, were seen clad in their formal robes and mantels as they walked down steps leaving for Westminster Abbey.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were joined by their children Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5. The family was seen smiling while getting into black SUVs on their way to the royal church.
The minute-long video featured highlights of the day including the royal procession and the flypast over Buckingham Palace. William, Kate and their children were seen waving from their carriage and smiling while gathered with the royal family on the palace balcony.
The video ended with a closing shot of Charles waving while standing on the balcony with Camilla.
The historic ceremony was Britain’s first coronation since Charles mother Queen Elizabeth II was crowned 70 years ago. The coronation was marked with touching tributes to the late monarch, who died at the age of 96 in Scotland last September.
Kate sported the George VI Festoon Necklace, which was commissioned by King George VI in 1950 as a gift for his daughter, then-Princess Elizabeth. She also wore a pair of diamond and pearl earrings previously owned by her late mother-in-law Princess Diana.
The Princess of Wales’ coronation ensemble featured a custom gown by Alexander McQueen, the same designer who made her bridal gown for her royal wedding with William. Charlotte coordinated with her mother in a white McQueen cape dress and the two both donned glittering leaf headpieces by McQueen.

During the ceremony, William, who wore the ceremonial dress uniform of the Welsh Guards, honored his father with a spoken vow. George, who served as one of Charles’ four Pages of Honour, wore a red uniform. He is the youngest future king to have had an official role in a coronation.
However, it was Louis who stole the show once again at the royal event. The five-year-old was pictured yawning at the ceremony, pressing his nose up against the carriage window during the procession and shouting from the balcony as the flyover was taking place.
Charles’ historic coronation was attended by 2,200 guests and watched by millions around the world.
