JESSE WATTERS: The media are creating the most ridiculous excuses for Biden's scandals

Fox News host Jesse Watters lambasted media on “Jesse Watters Primetime” Friday for appearing to provide cover for President Biden in the Hunter Biden investigation and various over controversies he and the White House are facing.

JESSE WATTERS:: If you want something swept under the rug, all you have to do is call it a “Biden.” Whether it’s the laptop or the classified docs in Chinatown, Democrats can never seem to verify anything. And now that the smoking gun FBI documents out alleging the Bidens forced $10 million in bribes out of the Ukrainians, Democrats can’t ignore it anymore. So they’ve come up with some of the most ridiculous and hilarious excuses we’ve ever seen. MSNBC saying the FBI informant is just hard of hearing.

IRS WHISTLEBLOWER: ‘INDEPENDENT ATTORNEY’ NEEDED TO FULLY EXECUTE HUNTER BIDEN INVESTIGATION

….

The highly credible, multilingual, extremely trustworthy, longtime confidential FBI informant, probably hard of hearing. He probably misheard the Ukrainians, saying they bribed the Bidens, he misheard them every single meeting and every single conversation for three years. I get it. The media is having a hard time wrapping their heads around the Biden bribery bombshells. They couldn’t believe the Ukrainians would hire Hunter Biden to protect them through dad. Hunter’s a lawyer. He went to Yale. There’s no way Ukrainians would call him stupid, even if he’s losing his crack pipes, laptops and guns everywhere. He’s not stupid. He’s just disorganized.

This is now the 10th person connecting the Bidens to bribery. Can the media connect the dots yet?

Texas man with 'one of the most extensive' child pornography collections sentenced to 30 years in prison

A Texas man was sentenced to three decades in federal prison after pleading guilty to receiving and possessing hundreds of thousands of pornographic pictures and videos of children.

Scott Thomas Provost, 64, was convicted in January of receipt and possession of child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani via FOX 26 Houston. Provost had more than 300,000 images and 6,000 videos of obscene material involving children in his possession.

With the exception of 22 months, Provost was sentenced to 30 years in prison by U.S. District Judge David Hittner, according to court records. He will also serve 10 years of supervised release when he is released.

Provost will be required to register as a sex offender and will have to pay restitution, which will be determined at a later date, to identify victims, the outlet reported.

He will also have to comply with requirements restricting his access to children and the internet.

“Provost amassed one of the most extensive collections of child pornography videos and images we have seen in this district,” Hamdani said. “Each and every one of the files he had in his possession represents significant trauma and suffering to real children. Today’s sentence demonstrates our commitment to stop those who partake and assist others in viewing child pornography and the continued cycle of abuse these children endure.”

TEXAS MAN SHOOTS, KILLS 2, ALLEGEDLY DEFENDING HIMSELF AT ATM: ‘ROBBERY THAT DIDN’T GO WELL FOR ROBBERS’

According to FOX 26, law enforcement learned of Provost after he was identified as a user of a peer-to-peer network that uses a centralized data store to maintain and deliver information without concerns of censorship.

During a search at Provost’s home in January 2022, authorities discovered nearly four terabytes of pornography, including many downloaded images of child pornography stored on his personal hard drives.

According to court records, forensic analysis showed Provost had 6,718 videos and 313,356 images containing child sexual assault material – some involving children under 12, including infants and toddlers. Many of the images showed young children in bondage and other forms of violence, officials said.

“This is, by far, the largest recovery of child pornographic material by investigators in our FBI Bryan office,” FBI Special Agent in Charge James Smith said. “This individual is one of the worst purveyors of child porn our agents have seen – it was his daily obsession. Unfortunately, with the ever-increasing number of online images depicting sexual abuse of children and an ever-increasing amount of online activity by people seeking to contact them, Provost’s arrest and sentence doesn’t cure the rampant epidemic that is the sexual exploitation of our children.”

Provost will remain in custody pending transfer to a U.S. Bureau of Prisons facility.

Historian compares Biden to Lincoln, says 2022 elections are ‘easily’ the ‘most important’ since the Civil War

Presidential historian Jon Meacham compared President Biden to Abraham Lincoln Tuesday, arguing the upcoming midterm elections will be the most important choice that America has made since the lead up to the Civil War.

Appearing on “CNN Tonight” to promote his new book about Lincoln, he was asked by CNN co-host Alisyn Camerota to “tell us why you think that this is the most important election since 1850.”

Meacham responded that the upcoming elections are about a lot more than just particular policies.

“Well, I think it’s the most important election easily since that period because we are facing a stress test for the rule of law and democracies run not just on policies, not just about what a particular policy or tax rate is, it’s about an overall context of our mutual respect for each other as fellow citizens and a sanctity of law and custom that means that people who win elections legitimately get to serve in office,” Meacham said.

CONSERVATIVE TWITTER ERUPTS OVER KATHY HOCHUL ANSWERS ON NEW YORK CRIME, VACCINES IN DEBATE: ‘A DISASTER’

Meacham, who spoke at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, went on to mock former President George W. Bush while criticizing the Republican Party.

“When you deplete the trust in the system, which is what is unfolding today around the country, and I will confess, as George W. Bush might say, I misunderestimated the power of the ‘big lie’ here, but it’s burrowed in and democracies do not long endure if everything becomes about power at the expense of winning humbly and losing graciously,” Meacham said.

Co-host Laura Coates brought up the Confederacy and slavery before the Civil War and how Meacham compared them to Republicans who question the 2020 presidential election, noting how he wrote that both Lincoln and Biden had to deal with their own versions of the big lie, with Lincoln’s being that “slavery was a justifiable institution.”

PENNSYLVANIA SENATE DEBATE: OZ DECLARES VICTORY OVER FETTERMAN AS THE TWO CLASHED OVER ABORTION, FRACKING

She said there were moments where, if Lincoln had succumbed to pressure to placate the Confederacy, history would have turned out much differently and told Meacham, “You draw these analogies in a way, I think is not always so obvious but it’s fascinating to think of how and where we are today.”

Meacham said the main question we must answer “for the continuation of the constitutional experiment” is “do we put our own interests above everything else?”

“If we go entirely political, if it’s entirely – every moment is this battle where it is cataclysmic – then the system doesn’t endure,” he said, reiterating that Lincoln could have chosen a different path. But because he prioritized democracy over his political future, “Abraham Lincoln, flawed, fallen, and fallible, said no. And he said no, because he believed fundamentally that slavery had to die and the union had to endure.”

Republicans are gaining ground in the crucial midterm elections, with Republicans focusing on the economy and rising crime while Democrats have sought to make the campaign about abortion and a “threat to democracy.”

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have 'grown apart' after spending most of the summer living separately: report

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s marital troubles are reportedly not due to infidelity.

According to a new report, while rumors of adultery are unfounded, the 45-year-old NFL star and the 42-year-old Brazil-born supermodel have recently “grown apart.”

“There is absolutely no accusation of cheating on either side,” an insider told Page Six.

“Tom and Gisele have recently struggled to make their marriage work and have grown apart,” the source claimed.

GISELE BÜNDCHEN ADMITS ‘CONCERNS’ OVER TOM BRADY’S RETURN TO NFL, SAYS SHE WISHES HE COULD BE ‘MORE PRESENT’

The source added that the embattled couple spent most of the summer living apart after taking a family vacation to the Bahamas with their son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9, in July.

Following their trip, Bündchen and the children spent three weeks at their home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, but Brady did not join them.

In addition, Page Six reported that the seven-time Super Bowl champion vacationed alone in the Bahamas with Benjamin and Vivian during his 11-day break from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp in August.

“Gisele wasn’t there in August. It was Tom’s time alone with the kids,” the source noted.

The two, who have been married 13 years, reportedly have been trying to work through their issues but have been living separately with Bündchen living in New York while Brady has been staying in Florida to be close to his team.

Upon returning to camp, Brady had hinted at the pair’s marital woes during a press conference ahead of the Buccaneers’ first home game Sunday.

“It’s all personal, you know. Everyone’s got different situations that they’re dealing with,” the California native said.

“We all have really unique challenges to our life. I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s— going on, so just gotta figure out life the best you can. It’s a continuous process.”

Meanwhile, the source dispelled a previous report that the couple had an “epic row” over Brady’s decision to “unretire” from professional football in March.

“There wasn’t an epic fight,” the insider said.

“Gisele has no problem with Tom returning to football. She wants him to be happy and wants him to play if that is what he wants.

“There was never an ultimatum set down for Tom to choose between football or her. Their problems are more about the distance that has been created between them over a longer period of time.”

Previous reports had indicated that the couple’s rift stemmed from Bündchen’s disappointment over Brady’s decision to return to the NFL as she had hoped that he would spend more time with his family in retirement.

The Vogue cover star was also conspicuously absent from Brady’s game Sunday at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

The game was attended by Benjamin and Vivian as well as Brady’s 15-year-old, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, 51.

The quarterback was seen sharing a sweet moment with his children in a video shared by the Buccaneers’ Twitter account. He stopped to hug Vivian and kiss her on the forehead and embraced his sons before taking the field.

“Gisele continues to be dedicated to her kids and is working on personal projects,” a source told People magazine.

The Buccaneers lost their home opener to the Green Bay Packers, 14-12.

Representatives for Brady and Bündchen did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

When The Most Successful Companies Look for Fleet and Vehicle Financing … Here’s What They Do …

The Perfect Business Credit Portfolio Includes Vehicle Financing

Does your business need vehicles to get the work done? This can be any number of kinds of vehicles, such as trucks for deliveries and hauling, sprinter vans, company cars, and even vans to facilitate commuting for your employees. Vehicle financing can be a smart way to afford all of them.

Vehicle Financing in a Nutshell

Much like you probably didn’t buy your personal vehicle outright, financing is a great way to go in order to get a vehicle now, without having to wait until you can just pay cash and drive it off the lot. With a car for personal use, your choices are usually buying or leasing. Providers include banks like Bank of America or the financing arm of the manufacturer, such as Chrysler Capital.

Commercial vehicle funding has certain parameters. Whether a vehicle is purchased new or used will affect the number of years you can finance the vehicle and the rates you will pay. If a vehicle is used, then the number of miles on it will also affect terms. Plus, business owners may be required to personally guarantee vehicle loans.  If you are a co-borrower the loan will most likely report to your personal credit report. Some loans have a prepayment penalty and charge you for paying ahead.

In general, the following will eliminate the need to provide a personal guarantee for this type of financing: good business credit, a decent amount of time in business or good personal credit. And much like with any other kind of business borrowing, the more assurances you can give the lender, the better.

Basic Terms and Qualifying

You need to establish the amount of money you have for a down payment, and the vehicle you need. Plus, you must establish the costs associated with buying the vehicle.

You’ll need to provide documentation that proves you are the owner of a business. This includes business licenses, partnership agreements, LLC documents, and articles of incorporation (if applicable), listing you as having at least a 20% stake in the business.

You may also have to provide personal documentation like personal credit score and credit history. If you are a sole proprietor and the business is under your Social Security number, you are the borrower and guarantor. Hence you are personally liable for repaying the loan. It is also a good idea to have a loan proposal. A loan proposal should detail your business, loan needs, and financial statements.

Good Business Credit Can Help

If your company needs vehicles for operation build your business credit. This, way you will be able to qualify with no PG. Having this ability can give you the freedom to grow your fleet, and without your signature. More on this later. First, let’s look at those four keys to financing.

Demolish your funding problems with 27 killer ways to get cash for your business.

Vehicle Financing Key #1: Using Business Credit for Vehicle Financing

You can even finance a vehicle purchase or lease through our Business Credit Builder. These offers are in Tier 4, so these lenders will have certain requirements that business credit neophytes just won’t be able to meet. Lenders will want to see that you have the income to support the purchase.

As an example, consider Ford Commercial Vehicle Financing.

Ford Commercial Vehicle Financing Through Credit Suite

Ford offers several commercial funding options. These include loans, lines, and leases to actual business entities. This is not for sole proprietorships. You can get a loan or a lease.

Ford may ask for a Personal Guarantee (PG)  if you don’t get an approval on the merit of your application. Apply at the dealership. Ford will report to D&B, Experian, and Equifax.

Demolish your funding problems with 27 killer ways to get cash for your business.

Vehicle Financing Key #2: Credit Line Hybrid

Yet another potential form of vehicle financing is through the Credit Suite Credit Line Hybrid. A credit line hybrid is a form of unsecured funding. Our credit line hybrid has an even better interest rate than a secured loan. Get some of the highest loan amounts and credit lines for businesses. Get 0% business credit cards with stated income. These report to business CRAs. So you can build business credit at the same time. This will get you access to even more cash with no personal guarantee.

Credit Line Hybrid: Terms and Qualifying

You need a good credit score or a guarantor with good credit to get an approval (a FICO score of at least 680). No financials are necessary. You can often get a loan of five times the amount of current highest revolving credit limit account. This is up to $150,000.

Vehicle Financing Key #3: 401(k) Financing

Another option for vehicle financing is using your 401(k) as collateral. This is not a loan. You will not have to pay an early withdrawal fee or a tax penalty. You put the money back by contributing, just like with any 401(k) program. This means you won’t lose your retirement funds. This is a 401(k) Rollover for Working Capital program. The IRS calls it a Rollover for Business Startups (ROBS).

Per the IRS, a ROBS qualified plan is a separate entity with its own set of requirements. The plan, through its company stock investments, rather than the individual owns the trade or business. Therefore, some filing exceptions for individuals may not apply to such a plan. This type of financing isn’t a loan against, your 401(k), so there’s no interest to pay. It does not use the 401(k) or stocks as collateral. Instead, this is simply a movement or change of custodian.

401(k) Financing: Terms and Qualifying

Pay low rates, often less than 5%. Your 401(k) will need to have more than $35,000 in it. You can usually get up to 100% of what’s “rollable” within your 401(k) . The lender will want to see a copy of your two most recent 401(k) statements.

You can get 401(k) financing even with severely challenged personal credit. The 401(k) you use cannot be from a business where you are currently employed. So it will need to be from older employment. You cannot be currently contributing to it.

Vehicle Financing Key #4: SBA 504 Loans

The SBA 504 loan can be used to purchase “Long-term machinery and equipment”. As a result, it’s not a standard car loan. But you can purchase a truck with it. You can use an SBA 504 loan when the vehicles being purchased qualify as heavy equipment.

Some examples of trucks as ‘heavy equipment’ can include:

  1. Cement trucks
  2. Dump trucks
  3. Custom-build heavy trucks fit for specific purposes (loading/unloading septic tanks, for instance)
  4. Semis and tanker trailer trucks

If your vehicle needs run in this direction, then an SBA loan could be perfect for your needs.

SBA 504 Loans and Credit Suite

Did you know that you can get SBA loans through Credit Suite? Established businesses with tax returns that show good revenues and profitability can get very large sums of funding with Secured Small Business Loans. If you have positive business tax returns, you should apply for secured government-backed SBA program loans from $250,000 up to $12,000,000. Approval amounts will vary based on the collateral your business has, and the amount of net profit reflected on your tax returns.

The total time to close these loans is about 2-4 months. SBA loans offer some of the longest payback terms available for business financing. Get loan terms for 10, 15, or even 25 years with the SBA. Interest will total approximately 3% of the debt. The rate may be financed with the loan.

Get approved for up to $12 million. Your credit will have to be of good quality. Your collateral will need to equal 50% of the loan amount. Financials will be necessary.

SBA 504 Loans Through Credit Suite: Documentation

The SBA will require certain documentation to qualify including:

  1. Business and personal financials
  2. Resume and background information
  3. Personal and business credit reports
  4. Your business plan
  5. Bank statements
  6. Collateral and any other documentation relevant to the transaction

Vehicle Financing: Takeaways

Getting vehicle funding involves variables like whether the vehicle is new or used. Heavy vehicles like dump trucks can be paid for with SBA 504 loans. There is a possibility that you would have to provide a personal guarantee to get a loan or lease. Credit Suite offers financing that you can use to purchase vehicles, and we offer even more options through our Business Finance Suite. There are four keys to open the door to affording vehicles for your business. And there are a lot of options. Let’s explore them together.
